Installation:
1. Download the asset from https://keymaster.fivem.net > Granted Assets >Traffic Overhaul
2. Drag and drop the asset into your resources folder
3. Ensure Traffic Overhaul in your server.cfg (Exemple: ensure syn-traffic-overhaul)
4. Start your server and enjoy the fresh experience of Traffic Overhaul
